A Return Authorization number (RA#) is always required. To obtain an RA number, please contact Customer Service at 1(800) 437-8809, Monday through Friday 9am – 5:00 pm. EST. To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original packing list, invoice or RA number to the return.
To Obtain an RA# you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the mattress so the warranty can be paused. RA# will not be authorized after 48 hours to protect our patients.
All returns are subject to a 20% minimum restocking charge

Because our alternating pressure products are used primarily for healing people with bedsores, we can not accept mattresses back that have been opened and used. This policy is designed to prevent the spread of staff infections and other diseases.
